Sensei Roy Hazelwood has been training in Shotokan Karate since 1979 and now holds
6th level Black belt. He opened his first club
in 1984 and today has 17 centres in his association, mainly in Hertfordshire.

His friendly, open and entertaining style of teaching has attracted numerous people to begin karate and today many of them are
now part of his instruction team.
